Getting Started · Subscription Import

From Subscription Import to Connection Verification

Get your subscription from the user dashboard, then choose a client for your device. After each step, check the result shown on the page or in the client before moving on.

Menu names and screens vary slightly between clients. If you can’t find an option mentioned here, look for “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Import from URL.” Follow the prompts in the version you’re using.

Create an account and open the user dashboard

Open the account creation page and set a username and password as prompted. VPNZR doesn’t require an email address to create an account. Choose a username that’s easy to remember and won’t be confused with your password. Before submitting, check that both password fields match, then follow the remaining steps.

When you’re done, you should be able to open the user dashboard and see your account overview and the plans section. If you’re still on the input page, check the instructions near the fields; you may need to adjust the username format or password. Avoid opening multiple tabs to repeat the same process, so you don’t lose track of which page has the latest status.

You’ll use this dashboard to get your subscription, manage your plan, and find client downloads. Make sure you can sign back in before placing an order. If you already have an account, select “Log in” in the navigation and continue from the next step. For other account access questions, see the FAQ. This guide focuses on the steps from setup to connection.

Done when: You can open the user dashboard and find the plans section or account overview.

Choose a plan based on your usage

Open the plans page from the user dashboard. Not sure how much data you need? Start by comparing the two billing options: monthly subscriptions reset their data allowance each month on the activation date, while data packages last until used and never expire. Streaming video, downloading large files, and using multiple devices typically use more data than occasional web browsing. Consider how you’ll use the service before comparing prices.

Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages include ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Before ordering, check the plan name, data allowance, and total on the selected card, and confirm whether it’s a monthly plan or a data package. When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. For the full terms, see plan pricing.

Complete checkout using a payment method shown on the checkout page. VPNZR supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; follow the checkout instructions for the actual payment steps. After paying, return to your account overview and check that the subscription is available. If the payment page has closed but the overview hasn’t updated, reload the overview rather than judging the subscription status by whether the payment page is still open.

This service offers a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you’re new, first follow the steps below to import your subscription and verify your connection, then see how well the routes suit your needs. For billing and refund details, see the FAQ and Terms of Service.

Done when: Your account overview shows an active subscription with the plan name and data allowance you chose.

Get your subscription from the dashboard

Open the account overview in the user dashboard and find your active subscription and client import options. A subscription isn’t a single fixed route; it’s the account information a client uses to load a list of routes. Using the import option in the dashboard can help prevent missing characters, extra spaces, or choosing the wrong configuration type compared with copying everything manually.

To import manually, copy your account’s subscription link from the dashboard, then paste it into the client’s “Add subscription” or “Import from URL” option. A subscription link is different from a single-route configuration: the link updates the full route list, while a single-route configuration describes just one connection. After importing, update the subscription in the client to load the current route list.

The address below is an example format only and won’t connect: https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. Get your actual subscription details only from your own user dashboard. Don’t post them publicly, include them in screenshots, or share them with people you don’t know. To use another device, open the same user dashboard on it and follow the steps for that platform. VPNZR supports unlimited simultaneous devices.

If you can’t find your subscription in the overview, go back to the previous section and check your plan status, then review any dashboard messages. Don’t search for a generic subscription address or use one shared by someone else; it can’t replace the details in your own account.

Done when: You’ve found the import option in the dashboard or copied your own subscription link from it.

Import into a client for your platform

First, check the client section in the user dashboard for the download option for your device. After installing the client, open its subscription or configuration management page and use the import method provided in the dashboard. Don’t paste subscription details into a regular search box or open the link as a webpage; the client’s subscription feature needs to read it.

After a successful import, the client will usually show the subscription name and, once updated, a list of routes to choose from. Check that the routes appear before connecting. If the subscription name is there but the route list is empty, try “Update subscription” manually and check that you selected an import method supported by the client.

Windows: Add a subscription

Choose the Windows client option in the user dashboard, get a compatible client as instructed, and open it. On first launch, look for “Subscription,” “Profiles,” or a similar option in the sidebar or top menu. Choose add or import instead of trying to connect from an empty route list. Use the import method provided in the dashboard. If you paste the link manually, update the subscription after submitting it. Once the route list shows regions and route names, you’re ready to connect. If the new routes don’t appear right away, check whether you’re viewing a different subscription group.

macOS: Check the menu bar and configuration list

Open the macOS client section from the dashboard, get a compatible client, and install it. When you open the app, check both its main window and its menu bar icon. Some clients put subscription management in the main window, while others place it in the menu bar menu. Choose add subscription or import configuration, follow the dashboard instructions, then return to the route list and check for updates. If you’ve imported the subscription but no routes appear, make sure the newly added subscription is selected, then update it manually. Don’t keep importing the same details to troubleshoot a display issue.

Android: Import a subscription in the app

Choose the Android client option in the user dashboard, then get and open a compatible client using the instructions provided. In the app, look for “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or an add button, then use the appropriate import option to load the details from the dashboard. After updating, you should be able to choose a region and route in the app. The first time you connect, the system may ask permission to add a VPN configuration. Read the prompt and confirm, then return to the client to check the connection status. If the list is still empty after switching back from your browser, update the subscription from the app’s subscription page and check that the right group is selected.

iOS: Allow the system configuration after importing

Find the iOS client option and import instructions in the user dashboard. Get a compatible client, then look for subscription or configuration management in the app. Import using the method provided in the dashboard, and wait for the route list to appear before choosing a route. The first time you connect, iOS displays a system prompt to add a VPN configuration. This is required for the client to establish a connection. Follow the on-screen instructions, then return to the client and wait for its status to change. If the system prompt is complete but the client still shows disconnected, select the route again and retry instead of importing the same subscription repeatedly.

Linux users can also check the client section in the user dashboard for compatible options. Menu names and import methods vary, but you can check the result the same way: confirm that the subscription was added and the route list updated before connecting. To learn about protocol and route type differences, see the Protocol Reference. You don’t need to configure every advanced option to get started.

Done when: The client shows a route list loaded from your subscription, and you can select a route.

Connect to a route and verify it works

Choose a route that fits what you’re doing, then use the client’s connect control. Wait until its status changes to “Connected” or similar; don’t rely on a button color change alone. If the client asks you to approve a system VPN configuration, follow the prompt and check the status again in the app. For your first connection, start with the region you plan to access. You don’t need to change protocols, rules, or other advanced settings at the same time.

Once the client shows that you’re connected, open this site’s network check page and see whether the exit information matches the region of your selected route. You can also visit a regular website you use to make sure it loads normally. Remember which route you selected before checking, so you don’t compare results from different regions. If the check page still shows old information, reload it and check again.

If the client shows disconnected, return to the route list, confirm that the subscription has been updated, and try another route. If it shows connected but your results haven’t changed, check that the device is still using the configuration you selected, then reopen the check page. If only one app is having trouble while other sites work, check whether the app itself has an account or region setting issue before reinstalling the client.

Connection problems can have different causes. The subscription may not be updated, the route may not suit your current needs, or the client may not have permission to add a system configuration. If connecting doesn’t produce the expected result, check these in order: subscription list → client status → exit information. This is usually more effective than changing several settings at once. For a more detailed troubleshooting guide, see the FAQ.

Done when: The client shows connected, the network check matches the selected route, and your usual websites load normally.

After setup: Update your subscription and choose routes

After your first connection, everyday use mostly involves choosing routes and keeping your subscription details up to date. Before using a service, check which region is selected in the client. If your needs change, switch to another route in the existing list; there’s no need to create another account. If the dashboard shows updated route information but the client still has an old list, use “Update subscription” in the client, then choose from the refreshed list.

VPNZR offers IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections, with protocols including Hysteria2, VLESS, and Trojan. If you’re new, choose based on your destination and how you plan to use the service. Compare route types only if you run into connection issues; you don’t need to study every protocol setting to get started. For a full explanation of network topology, peak-hour congestion, and protocol trade-offs, see the Protocol Reference. This keeps the setup guide focused on getting connected, not on every setting.

To use VPNZR on another device, open the user dashboard on that device and repeat these steps: get the right client, import your subscription, then choose a route and verify the connection. Keep your account credentials and subscription details secure, especially on shared devices, and check that you’ve signed out when you’re done. For questions about data usage, billing, or refunds, start with plan pricing and the FAQ to keep account questions separate from client setup.
